Service Description
Coaching sessions are tailored to your individual needs. You will expect your coach to guide you through 3 key steps - Motivation, Planning, and Strategy. Step 1: Motivation - overcoming enabling beliefs, building confidence, finding strengths, and growing your comfort zone, building small habits with large impact. Step 2: Planning - creating healthy goals that bring powerful results. Step 3: Strategy - accountability and encouragement from the coach, setting the proper steps to move forward, and monitoring progress.
